Dirt, oil and glue build up can result in the loss of your natural lashes making it impossible to attach Eyelash Extensions! This is why it is important to clean natural lashes and eye lids and start fresh after 2 fill-ins. Policies & Agreements 🌸 Please Read Carefully!!! By booking your appointment you agree to the following terms : I understand that contact lenses MUST be removed prior to my lash appointment! I understand there are risks associated with having artificial eyelashes applied to and/or removed from my natural eyelashes. I understand that the eyelash extensions will be applied to the natural lash as determined by the technician so as not to create excessive weight on the natural eyelash thereby preserving the health, growth and natural look of the client’s natural eyelashes. I understand as part of the procedure eye irritation, eye pain, eye itching, discomfort and in rare cases eye infection may occur. I understand and agree that if I experience any of these issues with my lashes that I will contact my technician and have the eyelashes removed immediately and consult a physician at my own expense. I understand that even though the technician may apply and remove the eyelashes properly, that adhesive materials may become dislodged during or after the procedure, which may irritate my eyes or require further follow up care. I understand and agree to follow the after care instructions provided by my technician. Failure to follow the after care instructions can cause the eyelash extensions to fall out. I understand that in order to have the eyelash extensions applied to my eyelashes I will need to keep my eyes closed for duration of 60-100 minutes during the procedure. I also understand that I will need to be lying in a reclined position. Any medical conditions that might be aggravated by lying still for a prolonged period of time may mean I will not be able to have the procedure performed on my eyes. This agreement will remain in effect for the procedure and all future procedures conducted by Blinked Lashes technician for one year from the date of your appointment. Consult your doctor about getting eyelash extensions if you have: eyelid dermatitis blepharitis alopecia areata trichotillomania Avoid getting eyelash extensions while you’re undergoing medical procedures of the eye, such as LASIK surgery or chemotherapy and radiation.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY AND REFUND POLICY!!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!
You must give 24 hrs notice of cancelation or reschedule. Less than 24hrs notice will result in your deposit being forfeited and you will have to book again.
If you are 15 mins late you will be charged a 15.00 fee. Any appts more than 15min late will be asked to reschedule due to time limit for each appointment.
Your deposit will be forfeited if you are late and Any NO SHOWS/NO CALLS will automatically be charged 100% of the booked service! If a NO SHOW occurs, you will not be able to book again without FULL payment upfront. You may use your deposit to reschedule ONE TIME. If your appointment is rescheduled more than once, you will need to make a new deposit, if you paid for your service in full, your payment will be returned to you MINUS a 25.00 fee.
FOR SALE PROMOTIONS AND BLINKED WEDNESDAYS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
100.00 fee must be paid up front in order to receive the sake price. If you book on a Wednesday and you do not pay the sale price upfront, you will pay regular price.
If you are a NO SHOW/NO CALL on a sale price, you will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so only one time. After the first rescheduled appointment, if you need to reschedule again, your fee will be refunded to you minus a 25.00 fee.
